Begin 2026 with presence, spaciousness, and intention. Join Kim Lange and Evan Watson for a nourishing women’s yoga, meditation + sound healing retreat designed to help you soften into the new year with clarity and care.

This gathering offers a gentle pause after the fullness of the holidays—a space to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer needs to be carried, and step into the year feeling supported and centered. Kim and Evan will guide you through a thoughtfully curated blend of practices to meet your body, mind, and heart right where they are.

You’ll be held in a grounding container that includes:

  • Embodied movement and gentle yoga that reconnect you with your body’s wisdom and help you open, unwind, and root

  • A resonant sound healing journey, using vibration and frequency to soothe your nervous system and restore balance

  • Mindfulness meditation to steady your attention, deepen presence, and invite inner spaciousness

  • Time for reflection and intention-setting, honoring your own beginnings and clarifying what you wish to cultivate in the year ahead

We will have (3) spaces available for 20 minute Peak Performance Stretch Therapy sessions with Evan Watson. Each private session can be reserved for an additional $35.

This retreat is designed for all levels and all bodies. Please bring a yoga mat and anything that supports your comfort—such as a blanket, cushion, or journal.

Step into 2026 with softness, clarity, and a renewed sense of your own inner rhythm.

This is a retreat for individuals identifying as women.

The Red Tent is an ancient tradition—rooted in biblical times and carried forward through generations of women who gathered during their bleeding, birthing, and rites of the feminine to rest, reflect, and renew. Today, the tradition lives on as a sacred space for the modern woman in all her forms: maiden, mother, and crone.

Who Is This For?
This circle is for all who identify as women, especially:

  • Maidens – girls, teens, and women in early womanhood

  • Mothers – of children, of visions, of themselves

  • Crones – post-menopausal elders and feminine wisdom keepers

Babies and daughters are welcome in circle. A sitter will be available for children who do not join—a $10 donation is requested per family to support this offering.

What to Expect

  • Grounding ritual to begin

  • A softly held sharing circle (speaking is always optional)

  • Reflection on Venus and Aphrodite: love, self-worth, values, and the feminine heart

  • Tea, gentle sensory elements, and the power of simply being

This is not a workshop. Not a class. It’s a return.

FACILITATOR: Margi Connor, astrological counselor and creator of Feminine Astrology.

Come as you are. Maidens, mothers, and crones—this circle is for you. Let us remember. Let us rebuild. Let us rewild. Together.

Tibetan Healing Chö

The traditional Tibetan Chö ceremony combines sacred song, ritual instruments, and chanting to purify the five elements which compose the body and mind. It is an approach for clearing the deeper causes of illness believed to be psychological and karmic.

It can be used to resolve stubborn obstacles, either energetic or ancestral, that are difficult to access or unresponsive to other therapies. While resolving these influences, it improves health and generates refreshed spiritual consciousness.

Traditionally, Chö rituals have been offered to achieve numerous purposes:

• severing attachments which hinder our ability to perceive clearly and live freely
• clearing obstacles that impede spiritual progress
• pacifying afflictive emotions
• balancing the five elements that dictate health in the body
• practicing generosity and compassion
• harmonizing land spirits
• supplicating beneficent deities for blessings

While Chö is a Vajrayana Buddhist ritual, you need not be Buddhist to attend, nor will you have to chant in Tibetan. It is helpful to set an intention to direct the focus of the ceremony but otherwise nothing is required of guests but to relax and receive. After participating, most feel light, uplifted and refreshed.

  • “I left feeling liberated, as if I'd awakened a dormant part of myself.

It means so much to have had the opportunity to witness layers being shed, both within myself and others… The experience was such a beautiful paradox, where vulnerability met unleashed power. Being in a space of like-minded women felt like fuel for a fire that had been eager to share its warmth. I loved learning how to alchemize darkness into magic, and how to dance through the entire spectrum of emotions, rain or shine. This retreat gave me a deep sense of stillness and taught me to nourish my inner rhythm. Since attending, I've found myself dancing a lot more, both mentally and physically. I gained tools and knowledge that I continue to practice every day. I would encourage anyone considering it to surrender to the experience. It could open doors you didn’t even know were closed.”

  • “Wild horses can't keep me away from these retreats!

I've attended nearly every event so far and each gathering is a transformative experience… a space that feels deeply healing, supportive, and expansive. Whether through meditation, somatic movement, or expressive dance, I leave feeling more connected to myself and the world around me. Each retreat has its own unique theme, and every time, I uncover something new within. This has become an essential part of my self-care, and I can’t recommend it enough!”

    -KARINKA

  • “This retreat was extremely powerful and deeply nourishing.

Gifted facilitators who created an exceptionally peaceful and welcoming space. I relaxed, did deep inner work, and had fun in a very joyful few hours! I look forward to returning”
