The Uncoiling
A sacred immersion for women ready to rise
Saturday May 10th, 2025
11:00 AM - 1:30 PM North Mount Pleasant SC 29466
Held in a private sanctuary— address shared upon registration
We are deep into the Year of the Snake.
Have you felt the pressurized coils of transformation in your own life?
The snake symbolizes many things across different cultures: rebirth, transformation, healing, wisdom, intuition… and most importantly, it represents life force—chi—shakti—the primal power of the universe, the God within.
Using two different ancient practices, we will use the wisdom of your body to connect to your own Higher Consciousness, activating this potent life force energy within you.
Mané Andreasyan will share the Korean practice of Sundo, a mindful movement tradition that integrates breathwork, energy circulation, and somatic release. Rooted in Taoist healing arts, Sundo cultivates mind-body harmonization, inner clarity, and a grounded awareness to the energetic field of the present moment.
Olivia Pool will share a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice specifically tailored to awaken the Primal Shakti Kundalini energy at the base of the spine and move it through the energy centers. This is a practice in reconnecting with your deep feminine power and learning how to channel it for your own potent, yet graceful transformation.
In small circles and wider group sharing facilitated by Kim Lange, you’ll have space to share what’s emerging, be mirrored in community, and anchor the shifts taking shape.
This is a space for quiet breakthroughs, courageous softness, and the sacred spark of becoming. Come ready to listen inward—and to rise.
If you’d like to stay afterwards for our community potluck, please sign up to bring a dish to share.

Mané Andreasyan
With over a decade of experience in mind-body healing arts, Mané specializes in the ancient Korean tradition of Sundo, a practice that harmonizes breath work, meditation, and energy cultivation through movement. Rooted in the wisdom of Tao and Eastern healing methods, Mané offers a grounded yet transformative approach to wellness, guiding others toward inner balance, vitality, and spiritual connection. Based in Charleston, Mané continues to share the subtle power of Sundo through classes, workshops, and one-on-one intuitive reading sessions.
